"Opal is a composition based off a series of field recordings taken at the High Falls Conservation Area in upstate New York. A walking pace is heard throughout to mimic a constant clock-like effect. Elements of wood, water and air drive the progression of the piece. The title refers to the light’s behavior on that spring day." - Glint
